Permanent Local Refund & Return Policy

At Permanent Local, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each product is created specifically for you, we do not keep stock or accept general returns or exchanges. Please read the policy below for details.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to size, color, or change of preference. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at support@permanentlocalshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected product.

  3. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be offered at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected shipping window, please contact us at support@permanentlocalshop.com.
We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to track it down. If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a replacement.

4. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Permanent Local is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address — additional shipping fees may apply.

5. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items delayed or held by customs.

6. Order Cancellations

Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make a change — we’ll do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been processed.
