Permanent Local Shipping Policy

At Permanent Local, every order is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful. We ship worldwide and do our best to get your gear to you quickly, safely, and with care.

1. Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment.
During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: these are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label has been created.

If you haven’t received your tracking email or if it’s not updating, please contact us at support@permanentlocalshop.com.

4. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, except where restrictions apply due to customs, sanctions, or carrier limitations.
Orders are fulfilled from Printful’s closest production facility to your shipping address to minimize transit time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Permanent Local cannot predict or cover these costs.

If you decline to pay customs fees and the package is returned to sender, we can resend it once it arrives back with us — additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Permanent Local is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order appears to be missing, please contact the shipping carrier first to check delivery status, and then reach out to us at support@permanentlocalshop.com for further assistance.

8. Partial Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately. This is normal for made-to-order products fulfilled through Printful. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
