Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand partner.
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information so your purchase can be successfully processed and delivered.
3. Products and Availability
All products and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be perfectly accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are printed, packaged, and shipped by Printful. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination.
Permanent Local is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs, shipping carriers, or inaccurate delivery information.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled if fulfillment has already begun.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@permanentlocalshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to resolve it.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
Payments are securely processed through Squarespace’s integrated payment providers — we do not store your credit card information.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Permanent Local unless otherwise stated.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services, including Printful for fulfillment and Google Analytics for website performance insights. These third parties have their own privacy and service policies that govern how they handle your information.
